What if my prescription lenses aren't right?
If there's any error in your prescription lenses, we'll remake them at no charge — guaranteed. We stand behind every pair we make. If you have any issues within 15 days of receiving your order, reach out and we'll make it right. The 15-day window starts from the day your order is delivered.
Are polycarbonate lenses good quality?
Yes — polycarbonate is actually the lens material recommended for everyday wear. It's impact-resistant (10x more than standard plastic), lightweight, and has built-in UV protection. It's the same material used by many optical chains for their everyday lenses — you just won't pay their prices.
Do you offer returns?
We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the day your order is delivered. If your frames arrive damaged or there's a defect, we'll replace them. For prescription errors, we'll remake your lenses. If you're not satisfied, you may return them within 15 days of delivery.
What prescriptions do you support?
We support single vision prescriptions (both distance and reading), as well as progressive lenses for those who need both near and far correction in one pair. We also offer non-prescription and reading lenses. If you're unsure whether your prescription is compatible, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
