1. Shipping Locations
UrCrown currently ships only within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
All UrCrown eyewear is custom-made and assembled to order to ensure precision, quality, and exclusivity.
Processing Time (Before Shipping)
The estimated processing time is 8–10 business days.
This processing period includes:

Lens fabrication

Lens and frame assembly
-
Quality control inspection
-
Receipt of the product at our U.S. fulfillment center
-
Final order preparation
Please note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
3. Shipping Time (After Processing)
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (United States):

California: 2–4 business days

All other U.S. states: 3–5 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout using Shopify automatic carrier rates, based on destination, package size, and carrier availability.
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reputable shipping providers.
5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
UrCrown may offer free shipping promotions, including:

Any applicable free shipping terms will be clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is:

You must notify UrCrown within 1 to 5 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
To assist with a claim, we may require:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging

Carrier tracking information
UrCrown will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue where possible. Resolutions may include a replacement or refund, subject to carrier investigation results.
8. Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout, UrCrown is not responsible for:

Stolen packages

Packages left unattended

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout.
9. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
UrCrown is not responsible for:

Orders delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Packages returned to sender due to address errors
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
