1. 15-Day Return Window

We offer a 15-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, contact lenses are not eligible for return or refund.
If your prescription changes or was entered incorrectly, contact us at contact@urcrown.com — we'll work with you to find the best solution.
All other eligible eyewear products may be returned within the 15-day window.

3. Free Return Shipping

UrCrown covers the return shipping cost for all eligible items within the 15-day return window.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
